Completing Speedpost Multi-part Address Pack (Pos 460)

To ensure that overseas mail can be handled and delivered correctly, the forms should be completed in English or a language which is accepted in the destination.

1. Sender's full name, address, telephone no., e-mail fax and customs reference (if applicable).
2. Addressee's full name, address, including the country of destination, city, postal code, telephone no. and e-mail must be completed.
3. Tick "" the appropriate box specifying the category of item, and provide details if the contents are subject to quarantine (plant, animal, food products, etc.) or other restrictions (if applicable).
4. Indicate the importer / addressee fax (if known).
5. Indicate the importer / addressee reference (if any) and tax code / VAT No. / importer code (if applicable).
6. Tick "" the appropriate box specifying whether or not Speedpost Insurance is required for the shipment.
7. Complete the number of certificates, licenses and invoices attached (if applicable).
8. Give a detailed description for each article (eg: toy car, cotton shirt for men).
9. Indicate the quantity of each article and the total quantity.
10. Give the declared value of each article and the total value, indicating the currency used (the declared value must be the same as that in the invoice or else it may delay customs clearance).
11. Indicate the net weight of each article and the total weight (in kg).
12. Indicate the HS tariff number (which must be based on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System developed by the World Customs Organization) and the country where the goods originated (including production, manufacture or assembly) for posting commercial items.
13. Enter the date and sign.
14. The personal data you provide in the address pack will be used by Hongkong Post for processing the posting. The information may also be used for the product promotion and analysis which are offered by Hongkong Post or other organizations which have a business relationship with Hongkong Post.
