New customers who successfully open a Speedpost account during the promotional period from November 6, 2023, to January 31, 2024, and post a minimum of HK$2,000 worth of Speedpost urgent items within the first three months after opening the account, will be entitled to the following privileges:

Terms and Conditions:

• The promotion period will run from 6 November 2023 to 31 January 2024. The offer is applicable to both company and personal applicants.
• The above offer is applicable to new Speedpost main accounts only.
• The applicant must be a new customer who does not have any registered Speedpost account.
• Each applicant can apply for one Speedpost account only.
• By submitting a completed Speedpost Service Application Form from 6 November 2023 to 31 January 2024 and posting urgent item(s) with Speedpost Standard Service, Multipack Service, Economy Express Service or EC-Post Service within the first 3 months after successfully opening an account and posting a minimum of HK$2,000 worth of Speedpost urgent items, an applicant is entitled to a shopping voucher valued at HK100, one free pick-up trip for posting Speedpost item(s), and 5% postage rebates. The maximum total amount of postage rebate for each eligible customer is HK$200.
• The first-time free pick-up service needs to be used during the promotion period.
• The postage rebate is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used as payment for other services provided by Hongkong Post.
• The shopping voucher will be sent to eligible registered customers by mail within five months after their account application are deemed successful.
• The postage rebate(s) and the pick-up fee will be credited to their Speedpost accounts on a one-off basis and shown on the monthly statement within five months after their account application are deemed successful.
• Pick-up service is not available for some addresses. For details, please call 2921 2266.
• Customers will be automatically disqualified from this offer in the event that his/her Speedpost account is terminated or suspended during the promotion period.
• Any Speedpost item being the subject of dispute between Hongkong Post and the customer is not eligible for this offer. All posting records kept by Hongkong Post shall prevail.
• Hongkong Post reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offer without any prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Hongkong Post shall be final.
