Adjustment of Pick-up Service
Starting from 31 August 2020, the daily collection timeslot will be from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. If the pick-up order is placed after 4:30 pm, the collection timeslot will become 9:00 am to 12:30 pm the following working day. With this adjustment, the collected items will be able to meet the flights departing Hong Kong after midnight of the same day for some European and other destinations, providing customers with better experience in using the Speedpost service. Besides, some minor changes have been made to the daily booking and collection timeslots. For details, please refer to below.
Customers can post urgent items at acceptance offices or by using pick-up service. The pick-up service covers all areas on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in New Territories (Pick-up service is not available for some addresses. For details, please call 2921 2266.).
Pick-up service charge : account customers (HK$50 per pick-up, with a maximum charge of HK$200 per month); non-account customers (HK$75 per item)
