With the gradual scaling up of air freight capacity, Hongkong Post will resume Speedpost Standard service to Canada with the weight limit of mail item to 10 kg from December 16. Please refer to News for details.

Hongkong Post announced today (October 3) that with the gradual scaling up of air capacity provided by airlines, Speedpost standard service to Australia^, France^, United Arab Emirates and the United States^ will resume from October 5. Please refer to News for details.

Speedpost services to the Mainland subject to delay
In view of the progressive relaxation of control measures of the epidemic in the Mainland, around 2 to 3 weeks is still required for processing and delivery of Speedpost mail items despite completion of local processing. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Compensation for delivery delays of Speedpost will not be applicable.

“Economy Express” Service to Shenzhen resumed on 14 June 2022. The service to other areas is still suspended until further notice.

No Posting of Dangerous Articles
Recently, many customers have made enquiries about arrangements for the posting of alcohol-based hand rubs, disinfecting wipes, disinfecting spray and other disinfectants. Please note that items containing alcohol are regarded as dangerous goods which will not be able to pass security check and thus cannot be posted.
