In addition to posting items in person at post offices, Speedpost customers can enjoy the convenience of our door-to-door pick-up service, making it more convenient for you. The advantages of Speedpost Pick-up Service include:
Wide coverage: Our pickup service covers all areas on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories. (Pick-up service may not be available for certain addresses. For details, please call 2921 2266).
Affordable charge: Account customers are charged only HK$50 per pick-up trip, with a maximum charge of HK$200 per month. For non-account customers, the service charge is calculated on a per mail item basis, amounting to HK$75 per item.
Customized collection time: Customers can make prior appointments for our pick-up service, which is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Items collected during this timeframe will be able to meet the flights departing Hong Kong after midnight on the same day for some destinations in Europe. If you place a pick-up order after 4:30 pm, the collection timeslot will be scheduled from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on the following working day.

All Speedpost items posted on Sundays would be treated as being posted before the latest time of posting of the next working day.
For the pick-up service on Sunday or public holiday (except Lunar New Year's Day), please book by 4:30 pm on one working day beforehand.
Subject to individual circumstances, the collection time for some addresses may differ from the schedule listed above.
Under any circumstance, paid Pick-up Service charges are non-refundable.
Important Note: Please note that posting of dangerous articles or articles that could not be ascertained as non-dangerous is not acceptable. Mail items of this nature will not be able to pass security check and thus cannot be posted. Mail item of such will be returned to the sender and the fees paid will not be refunded.
