Check Delivery Standard (i.e. Delivery Time) of the Destination
Our delivery standard varies from service to service, depending on the destination. Please check the delivery standard of your selected service first to ensure delivery can be made within expected timeframe.
Sundays, public holidays, and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above are hoisted are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges. Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions and pandemic. ![]() 3

Mail Tracking
After posting, you can track the delivery status of your posted item(s) at any time via Speedpost hotline, Speedpost website or Hongkong Post Mobile App.
Speedpost provides comprehensive coverage for mail items. In case of loss, damage or delay in delivery of any mail item, compensation of up to HK$1,500 may be payable to the sender. ![]() 8
