All mail items upon arrival at the Mainland will be subject to a 48-hour disinfection and waiting period in addition to the respective pandemic control measures required by the local authority in view of the development of the pandemic. Subsequent processing and delivery may therefore be subject to a delay by over 1 week for air mail services (including Speedpost) and 3 to 4 weeks for surface mail services.
