Each Speedpost account is assigned a credit limit, which allows the account customer to pay for the posting of Speedpost items via pick-up service or at any acceptance office. Open an account now to enjoy Speedpost's unrivalled and comprehensive service.

Company Account Applicant may apply online; or return the completed Service Application Form [PDF] with signature of authorised person and company chop, together with a copy of your Business Registration Certificate (with validity of at least one month, and received fee and levy clearly printed), by the following means:

Personal Account Applicant may apply online; or bring the completed and signed Service Application Form [PDF], together with both the following documents, to apply in person at any post office:

1. Original and photocopy of Hong Kong permanent identity card; and
2. Photocopy of valid proof of address, i.e. rental agreement / water bill / electricity bill / Towngas bill / telecom bill / demand for rates / bank statement issued in the last three months, or latest salaries tax / profits tax demand note issued in the last one year. Applicant must sign on the photocopy.

Speedpost Account customers must present their Authorisation Card when posting mail in order to enjoy the exclusive offers. With effective from 25 March 2024, new customers who have successfully opened a Speedpost Account can obtain the e-Authorisation Card in the format of QR code through the Hongkong Post Mobile App. Relevant user guide will be sent to new customers separately.

Remarks:

1. Speedpost Personal Account only accepts application from applicant who is of the age of 18 years or over and is a holder of Hong Kong permanent identity card.
2. Pick-up service is available in some commercial addresses only. For details, please call 2921 2266.
