Posting Method - Posting over the Counter and Pick-up Service
1.1 Posting over the Counter
Customers may post their Speedpost items at any post office. When posting, please present your Authority Card to our counter staff for credit payment and recording of bonus points under "Speedpost Bonus Point Scheme".
Account customer has an option to use the pick-up service. A service fee for each pick-up is HK$50 with a maximum monthly charge of HK$200. If you have not made use of pick-up service in a calendar month, no service fee will be charged.
Pick-up service is not available for some addresses. For details, please call 2921 2266.
Subject to individual circumstances, the collection time for some addresses may differ from the schedule listed above.

To post with your Authority Card
Each account customer will be issued two Authority Cards for credit payment and recording of bonus points under "Speedpost Bonus Point Scheme" when posting over the counter at any post office. In case of card loss, please call 2921-2277 as soon as possible for
re-issuance.
If you check this box, the item number(s) that you tracked will be saved under "Recently Tracked Items".
